Kids Reunited With Immigrant Parents? July 27, 2018

Wherever you land on the political spectrum, and no matter the reasons for the original action that led to separation of children from their parents, care and compassion must be demonstrated to keep from “losing” these kids into a logistic void.

Jonathan Blitzer, writes for the New Yorker and asks and answers,

Who are these parents?

Their children are neither political leverage “material” [for whatever side] nor unimportant to all our humanity. How we treat children, no matter their circumstances, tells us a lot about what we value.
